Winter Stillness at Bank Street Bridge

Illuminated arches and bridge lights cast soft reflections across the icy canal surface in this black-and-white Ottawa cityscape. Bare branches frame the bridge, while the canal wall draws the eye towards its repeating arches. Broad grey tones and an open sky give the scene a quiet, contemplative atmosphere.
