Information collected

When you submit an inquiry, the website stores the information you provide, including your name, email address, optional contact and project details, message, selected artwork, and submission time.

If a private selection gallery is prepared for you, the website may also store your name, email address, gallery access information, artwork selections, notes, and related correspondence.

If a private curriculum vitae link is shared with you, the website records the associated inquiry, the document version, link expiry and revocation status, and when and how many times the document is accessed. The access token itself is not stored in readable form.

If you request the newsletter, the website stores your email address, subscription status, confirmation and unsubscribe information, preferences, and the time the record was created or updated. Delivery status is recorded. If you enable engagement tracking in your newsletter preferences, open and link-click events may also record your IP address, browser identification, and the destination link for aggregate engagement reporting.

The website and its hosting infrastructure may record limited technical information needed for security, troubleshooting, and reliable operation, including an IP address, browser identification, and referring page.

How it is used

Personal information is used to respond to artwork and project inquiries; discuss availability, sizing, finishes, production, and delivery; prepare and administer private artwork selections; maintain necessary business and correspondence records; and protect the website or investigate technical and security problems.

Information is used for newsletter or promotional marketing only after separate consent is requested and the email address is confirmed through the verification message.

Service providers

Personal information may be processed by essential service providers used to operate the website and deliver email. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services. Personal information is not sold.

The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated submissions. Cloudflare receives browser and network information and a verification token for this purpose. After verification, the inquiry content, name, email address, IP address, browser identification, and referring page are checked by Akismet for spam. Optional messages submitted through private selection galleries are also checked by Akismet with the associated customer name and email address, IP address, and browser identification. Private gallery access tokens are never shared with Akismet. Suspected spam may be held for manual review rather than delivered immediately.

Cookies and analytics

Required cookies support essential site functions. With your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to help us understand visits to public pages. You can choose required cookies only or change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer. Google may process information outside Canada. Analytics does not run on private links, inquiry pages, signed-in sessions, or URLs with unrecognized query parameters.

Retention and protection

Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for correspondence, service delivery, business records, security, and legal obligations.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct personal information held about you. You may also request its deletion, subject to information that must be retained for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.

You may update your newsletter preferences, including engagement tracking, or unsubscribe at any time through the unique unsubscribe link in every newsletter. Unsubscribe takes effect immediately and does not require administrator involvement.
